Jerome Ghost Tours is looking a professional, positive and outgoing individual to join our team. The ideal candidate for the receptionist position should be able to maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Be self-motivated, independent, yet works well with a team. have strong multi-tasking skills and enjoy working in the customer service field.
Essential Skills And Abilities
- Welcome customers upon arrival
- Answer the phone
- Provide customers with tour information
- Book tours in person and over the phone
- Check customers into the system
- Set up equipment for the tour guides/ Clean and put equipment away
- Check customers out at the register
- Restock product as needed
- Keep office clean, organized and presentable
- Ability to multi-task
- Maintain a presentable appearance
- Be able to pay attention to detail
- Computer proficient
- Punctual and reliable
- Occasional tutorial on how the equipment works
Preferred
- Register experience
- Some previous customer service experience
