Full Charge Bookkeeper
We are a mid-size CPA firm in business since 2003. We have experienced double-digit growth each year for the past 11 years. We provide bookkeeping and payroll services as well as tax preparation. Our office environment is relaxed with a highly skilled bookkeeping and tax staff. We are looking to add a full charge bookkeeper willing to embrace our clients and provide a high level of professionalism and accurate and concise work. The ideal candidate will have an environment to thrive personally, professionally and economically. Must have prior experience working for a CPA firm. We are committed to investing in our personnel as well as our clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
Client write-up, reconciliations, payroll, payroll tax returns
Training clients in basics of QuickBooks (online and desktop)
Prepare and review monthly financial reports
Complete year end financials
Prepare year end payroll reports, 1099’s etc.
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum of 3 years experience in public accounting
Proficient with QuickBooks, Word and Excel
Able to communicate well with clients and intercompany personnel
Organized and detail oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
