Job Summary :

Ensure slot machines are monitored on a continual basis for full capacity operation

Essential Job Functions :

Process jackpot payouts and hopper fills in accordance with department policies and procedures
Promote positive public relations and respond to guests promptly
Perform money transactions and required paperwork with proficiency and accuracy
All other duties that may be assigned

Work Environment :

Must be willing to work any shift when necessary, including weekends and holidays

Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke

Job Requirements :

Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English

Must have High School Diploma or equivalent

Must be able to work independently and exercise good judgment in handling a variety of situations

Must provide excellent customer service and respond calmly when handling guest's needs

Must have Gaming Registration or ability to obtain same

Previous experience required; at least six months

Must be at least 21 years of age

Physical Requirements :

Must be able to stand or walk for 8 hours

Must be able to move quickly around property

Must have manual dexterity in hands and fingers

Must be able to lift 30 lbs without assistance
