Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Associate to join our team at Jet Brite. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for welcoming and engaging with customers in a warm, friendly manner, promoting our Unlimited Wash Club, and ensuring a thorough and enjoyable wash experience for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
- Engage customers while selling and promoting our Unlimited Wash Club.
- Safely and efficiently load every vehicle with clear hand signals and a smile.
- Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring a thorough and enjoyable wash for all guests.
- Maintain all aspects of the site to ensure it runs beautifully.
Requirements
- Age 16 or older.
- Live within a 25-minute commute of Jet Brite location.
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
