What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insuring Analyst position at Jet HomeLoans, a Dream Finders Homes company?
Responsible for requesting, reviewing and uploading builder document funding conditions to include, working with builder agents /title agents/real estate agents and attorneys promptly. Works within guidelines set by JET, FBC Mortgage, LLC, its investors and standard guidelines established by FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA and USDA.
This position works under direct supervision and reports directly to the Jet Home Loans - Operations Manager.
This position will work closely with the Team Leads, Government Insuring Teams, Closing Team Lead and Underwriting Manager.
Essential Job Functions
- Manages Builder inbox and reviews Builder documents for post-closing. . The PC Analyst will work with the Closing Manager to clear all outstanding post-closing conditions in Encompass.
- Prepare and distribute builder documents for FHA and VA loans
- Assists with clearing up Government Insuring needs.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by Operations Manager which may not be specifically listed in this position description.
- Assist with post closing trailing documents and funding conditions
- Assist with obtaining documentation required for govt. insurance and guaranty.
Goals/Expectations
- Post-Closing documents should be reviewed for accuracy for insuring
- Confirm that documents have been executed properly. Any questions on post-closing documentation should be asked to the Closing Manager, Loan Delivery Manager, Underwriting Manager or Team Leads.
- Any issue files with not being able to be obtained should be escalated to the Operations Manager prior to the end of the business day.
