Duties/Responsibilities:
- Delegate and direct service tasks; monitor the progress of all current and pending projects
- Consistently deliver incredible customer service experiences
- Manage and update invoices
- Build and maintain good relations with customers and techs
- Monitor employee work and provide progress reports
- Lead and manage the service department
- Establish and oversee premium service standards
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer satisfaction
- Proactively identify opportunities for service improvement
- Ensure timely completion of service projects within scope and budget
- Write and review schedule daily based on client needs
- Meet and provide estimates and proposals to clients
