ELECTRICAL SERVICE MANAGER
BigFoot Staffing is seeking a skilled Electrical Service Manager to lead and inspire a team of technicians for a dynamic, nationwide contractor. Primary Duties
- Lead the recruitment, training, and development of the service team.
- Ensure achievement of company goals and performance metrics.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee dispatcher onboarding and provide support to field operations.
- Evaluate team performance and conduct annual reviews with operations management.
- Share and analyze company reports with your team.
- Act as the escalation point for callbacks and troubleshooting.
- Promote the company’s reputation and uphold its professional standards.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure efficient scheduling.
- Oversee compliance with SLA requirements and operational efficiency.
- Provide leadership to dispatchers and technicians, ensuring adherence to company systems and procedures.
- Manage division budgets, labor, and material costs effectively.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Salem, OR
- US citizen or green card
- Licensed Journeyman Electrician with an Oregon General Journeyman License
- Leadership exp with electrical service management.
- Valid Oregon or Washington driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- No job hoppers. Must not have more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years, unless it was 1099 contract work.
Qualifications
- Licensed Journeyman Electrician with an Oregon General Journeyman License (or equivalent).
- Proven leadership experience in electrical service management.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with Service Titan software (preferred).
- Goal-oriented and driven to exceed business expectations.
- Commitment to ongoing technical skill development.
- Valid Oregon or Washington driver’s license with a clean driving record.
