Jetco is looking for an experienced and talented metal Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive welding and fabrication experience, a commitment to safety and quality, and a passion for creating superior products. This role involves interpreting blueprints, welding, fabricating, assembling metal components to exact specifications, and ensuring quality. The individual must be flexible, dependable, time conscious and able to move from project to project with minimal supervision as well as work closely with shop management.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Welding & Fabrication: Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on various metals such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to complete projects accurately.
- Assembly: Read and interpret technical drawings to assemble fabricated components into complete structures using precision tools and fixtures.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections to ensure finished products meet dimensional and quality standards. Ability to work within a quality management system.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot welding equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all workplace safety standards, including PPE usage and safe operation of machinery.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Tools: Must own or be willing to acquire trade related tools.
