This is a Part-time on-site role for a Bookkeeper with Clerical Support at JEWISH FEDERATION OF PEORIA INC in Peoria, IL. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing financial statements, bookkeeping tasks, accounting software, finance-related activities, and journal entries.
Qualifications
- Financial Statements and Bookkeeping skills
- Experience with Quickbooks Accounting Software
- Process weekly payments, maintain files and upload documents for records retention
- Invoice Clients
- Handle reimbursements
- Ability to handle Journal Entries (Accounting)
- Balance and reconcile all bank accounts and investments, monthly
- Experience with Filemaker, Word, Exel
- Maintain compliance records for a non-profit
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in clerical support tasks
- 3 plus years of Book keeping experience preferred
