What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infrastructure Manager position at JFC Global?

Infrastructure Manager, up to $140k bonus, hybrid schedule, 401(k) w/ match, PTO, continuing education assistance, medical benefits and more! Located in Lancaster, this hands on Infrastructure Manager will act as a PM to review network architecture, lay out project plans and deadlines, and collaborate with the team to achieve goals. Additionally, the manager will assist with technical work during busy seasons, cover for vacations, on call rotations, etc.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a hands-on technical manager
Strong technical background to contribute to design, requirements gathering, and testing
Knowledge of LAN design, planning, and architecture
Familiarity with switch/route concepts, regardless of brand
Experience with telecom services and vendors, with the ability to make strategic decisions

Nice-to-Haves:

Familiarity with Fortinet, SD-WAN, Cisco, cloud solutions, and Azure
Ability to envision and implement cloud-based phone systems
Strategic thinking and ability to create roadmaps for future technological advancements

As the Infrastructure Manager, you will lead a 4–5-member team, driving technological advancements and overseeing infrastructure projects. Projects include developing a 12–18-month roadmap, reducing costs strategically, optimizing team skills, LAN design, along with investigating and proposing the benefits of a cloud-based phone system, creating a roadmap for its implementation.
