Clerical Operations Coordinator Job Description
This position requires a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks while supporting ongoing system changes.
Responsibilities:
- Support the transition to new systems, including Salesforce as the new CRM and network file structure improvements.
- Ensure accurate vendor information in online portals, including ACH transactions and banking details.
- Create and manage spreadsheets, collaborating with the Director of Sales to prepare necessary reports and data.
- Support internal teams in various administrative and clerical tasks related to system improvements and data migration.
Required Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills, including creating spreadsheets and using formulas.
- Excellent clerical and administrative skills.
- Ability to collaborate with team leaders and other departments.
- Prior experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous.
