Key Responsibilities
- Engage in member communications through phone, email, or online chat, responding to inquiries and initiating outreach.
- Educate members about Scripta’s services and their medication usage, addressing concerns and providing guidance.
- Assess member needs through analysis of claims and eligibility data, recommending cost-effective medication alternatives.
- Identify and leverage community resources to minimize medication expenses for members.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of member interactions and provide constructive feedback to ancillary teams based on engagement and claims analysis.
- Execute telephonic outreach for targeted campaigns to raise member awareness about available savings opportunities.
- Participate in special projects as assigned while upholding HIPAA compliance in all communications.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on member satisfaction.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage large volumes of work efficiently.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with Microsoft and Google office products, particularly Excel/Sheets, is required.
- Competency in utilizing computerized documentation tools to track client interactions.
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or equivalent nursing credentials such as licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of clinical experience, or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a minimum of 5 years in an acute clinical setting.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a medical or nursing role within the USA is required.
- Previous remote work experience is advantageous.

Compensation And Benefits
- Compensation: \(1,600 - \)1,800 USD Monthly, commensurate with experience.
- This is an independent contractor role, requiring approximately nine hours of scheduled work per day, with some flexibility based on member and client needs.
- Initial engagement for this position is anticipated to last six months, with the possibility of indefinite continuation depending on performance and business needs.
