Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage communication with members through various channels including phone, email, and online chat.
- Provide thorough education and address inquiries regarding Scripta, its applications, and medication utilization.
- Assess the needs of members and clients, offering cost-effective medication alternatives identified by Scripta software.
- Identify appropriate community resources to help reduce medication costs for members.
- Produce high-quality documentation consistently, offering feedback to ancillary teams based on member engagement and claims analysis.
- Conduct telephonic outreach for targeted member campaigns aimed at increasing awareness of savings opportunities.
- Complete special projects as assigned, maintaining HIPAA compliance throughout all interactions.
- Execute additional duties as needed, adapting to changing responsibilities.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize substantial workloads.

- Outstanding customer service aptitude, with a commitment to member satisfaction.

- A Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or equivalent qualifications as a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, or a previously licensed RN with no history of disciplinary actions within the last 5 years, and 5 years of acute clinical experience.
- A B.S. Pharm or PharmD, holding current licensure in the US.
- A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with at least 5 years of experience in an acute clinical setting.

Compensation And Benefits
- Monthly Compensation: \(1,600 - \)1,800 USD (commensurate with experience).
- Schedule: Member Success coverage hours are from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM EST.
- This is an independent contractor role requiring approximately nine scheduled hours of work per day, with flexibility to accommodate the needs of clients and members.
- The initial contract duration is anticipated to be six months, with the potential for indefinite continuation.
- Required: Internet and computer equipment must be provided by the contractor.
