What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vehicle inventory/photo manager position at Jim Riehl's Friendly Automotive Group?
Inventory photo management assistant
Jim Riehl’s Friendly Cadillac Honda is looking for a inventory manager. The job duties are to take roughly 30 photos of every vehicle we have in stock as soon as they come in. You also need to download the photos to our server so they can get pushed out online to various websites. You will also be asked to create vehicle descriptions for all new vehicles in stock so those push out as well. You will have to wash and dry the vehicles off in some cases prior to the photo shoot. All of our photos are taken inside a heated photo booth so rain or shine they always come out perfect. This job is roughly 20-30 hour per week depending on inventory situation Saturday's may be needed in special occasions. This is a stepping stone position into our business where we like to promote from within , it may also lead to more hours and potential overtime as inventory grows.
