Description
Jim Shorkey Wexford Kia is hiring a Finance Assistant to help their growing team! This candidate must be able to multitask and work directly with our finance and sales department to process our new and used deliveries, correct paperwork when needed, process vehicle titling work, and coordinate the processing of bank contracts.
Job Duties:
- Process vehicle deals
- Finalize title work according to PA regulations
- Secure missing documents and signatures from customers
- Track sales department receivables
- Communicate with central office
- General light accounting work
- Filing and scanning

Hours:
- Candidate must be able to work Monday through Friday daylight hours
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with clean MVR
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- One-year automotive title experience preferred
- The position requires office skills including personal computer, Microsoft products (Word for Windows, Excel, and Outlook)
- Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment
- Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
