Now Hiring: Press Brake Operator – 2nd Shift
JIT Manufacturing, a leading precision metal fabricator, is looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift team. This role is essential in shaping and bending sheet metal components with precision to meet customer specifications.

What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate Amada Press Brakes and other machinery to bend and shape sheet metal.
- Select and install the correct tooling for each job.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate production.
- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of press brake machines.
- Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Work as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must have the ability to read blueprints and experience with calipers/ micrometers/ tape measure.
- Prefer 1 years of press brake operation experience, but not required.
- Solid math and measurement skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

- 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 3:15 PM – 1:45 AM
