Seeking EXPERIENCED landscape management crew leaders.
Responsibilities & Duties
Responsibilities include overseeing the construction of outdoor spaces and maintaining existing grounds, monitoring and training crew members, supervising the use of equipment, ensuring crew observe safety guidelines and protocols, and completing various field administrative duties.
Work outdoors in all weather conditions, maintaining energy and pace along with the team
Drive a truck to various client locations and ensure proper storage of equipment during transport.
Lead, oversee and train crew members
Basic Requirements & Qualifications
1) A valid drivers license and clean driving record
2) Able to lift upwards of 50lbs and bend, lift, and stand for extended periods
3) Familiarity with landscape equipment
Installation Leader- Skid loader, mini excavators, etc
Management Leader- Pruners, hedge trimmers, backpack sprayers etc.
4) Reliable and self motivated
5) 2 years experience required for all crew leader positions
Overtime available! Sign on bonus after 90 days.
