Responsibilities:
- Recruit employees for entry and mid-level positions.
- Search for job candidates using a variety of resources.
- Evaluate potential employees.
- Send out job postings and communicate job opportunities to potential employees.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
- Adjust hiring strategy depending on current market conditions.
