We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Staff Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health assessments and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse clientele. This role demands a high degree of autonomy, sound clinical judgment, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and strong organizational abilities.
How you’ll Help:
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to diagnose mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Collaborate with clients to establish treatment goals and monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in case conferences and clinical supervision to ensure high-quality care.
- Stay abreast of current research and best practices in the field of mental health.
- Refer clients to outside resources when required.
- Participate in company-wide marketing efforts.
- Other duties as related the the role.
Your Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field; LPC, LSW, LCPC, LCSW
- Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Illinois.
- Experience providing mental health assessment and therapy to individuals with a range of mental health conditions.
- Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and frequent Saturdays.
