Branch Manager

We are a leading distributor of building materials, providing high-quality products and exceptional service to contractors, builders, and homeowners. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our key branches.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our branch, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of building materials to customers. This role requires a strong focus on sales, inventory management, customer service, team leadership, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the building materials industry and a proven ability to manage a team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring all functions run smoothly, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and deliveries.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of branch staff, including sales associates, drivers, and warehouse personnel.
• Drive sales growth by developing and implementing strategies to attract new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Ensure the branch meets or exceeds revenue and profitability targets.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, or in a similar role within the building materials or construction industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive sales and meet financial targets.
• Solid understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of building materials and construction industry trends.
