Key Responsibilities
- Review and prioritize work orders, updating statuses and notifying managers of overdue items.
- Handle rush orders and follow up with customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide pricing quotes and cost estimates for calibration and repair services.
- Communicate with customers regarding turnaround times, delays, and approvals.
- Perform administrative support tasks, including answering calls and maintaining records.
- Keep the workspace organized and assist with supply management as needed.
