We are seeking an Operations And Customer Service Coordinator to join our team! JME Technologies is a technical sales and service office for industrial inspection equipment. We are a small office and have immediate need to fill a part time position of which for the right candidate will advance to a full time position. The ideal candidate should be open to performing duties in multiple areas of the company such as customer service, inventory control, administrative and inside sales functions.
Responsibilities:
- answer inbound calls and route.
- process RMAs
- receive and process incoming inventory orders, including product labeling and updating bar codes
- maintain inventory levels
- ship orders and repairs including international shipments
- develop streamlined processes of paper flow
- perform tasks related to special projects
- organization tasks such as implementing filing systems or digitizing records
- assist Operations Officer as needed
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration, technical products or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- inventory control experience a plus
- office suite and Quickbooks experience
- professional phone skills
Salary : $20 - $25
