Customer Service Rep

Monday – Friday | 7:30 am – 4:30 pm

Requirements & Skills:
· Proven experience as an office administrator, dispatch, office assistant or relevant role.
. Possess a strong level of professionalism
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
· High school diploma required.
Primary Duties Include:
** Working in SERVICE PRO Software System to arrange service calls and parts***
- Answering incoming calls and assisting with proper routing
- Assisting with dispatch of service engineers
- Assist with daily engineer schedule maintenance
- Providing administrative support, quotes, & customer education
- Offering upgrades to current customers
- Assist existing & new customers with orders and any problem solving
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and work processes
- Maintain a positive attitude and exhibit patience with customer concerns or requests
