Customer Service Representative | Valparaiso, IN
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Starting Pay: $17
Shift(s): 8:30 am – 5 pm Monday – Friday. Ability to stay after 5 pm if needed.
Requirements & Skills:
· Excellent communication abilities and data entry skills.
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
· Experience in a customer service environment.
· The ability to multi-task, process orders and maintain excellent people skills is needed.
· Ability to meet deadlines and problem solve.
· Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Primary Duties Include:
· Answer phones
· Assist customers with placing orders and answering questions
· The main focus of this role is to carry out all customer service activities in a timely and professional manner.
· In a fast paced environment such as this one, you have the benefit of learning how to multitask and efficiently and productively complete your assigned tasks.
· General office duties
· Other duties as assigned.
