POSITION SUMMARY
JN Group Inc. is now hiring for Business Development Center Sales Associates (“BDC Sales Associate”) located at Cycle City Hawaii.
The Business Development Center Sales Associate (“BDC Sales Associate”) is responsible for generating new prospects at every customer touch-point via internet, phone, or in-person at the respective dealership location. The BDC Sales Associate will help the Company to discover new and innovating ways to develop relationships with new customers to drive them into the designated dealership and retain existing customers by utilizing both phone and internet strategies. The BDC Sales Associates answers incoming calls, places outgoing calls and responds to inquiries with the incentives of making sales appointments on behalf of the assigned dealership(s).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Communicates effectively with internet customers and prospects by phone, e-mail, or and sets appointments for proper vehicle demonstration.
- Refers leads and prospects for vehicle sales to the new and pre-owned sales departments.
- Refers leads and prospects to appropriate departments.
- Is or will become fully knowledgeable of all dealership products and services including but not limited to inventory, pricing, incentive programs, and financing options. Directs customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet.
- Assists customers in selecting a vehicle via the internet, email, and or phone conversations.
- Understands the psychology of internet customers and works with them accordingly to help them with their decision and sets an appointment for proper vehicle demonstration.
- Researches auto-buying services on the internet and acts as liaison with any services the dealership uses to promote its site or advertise.
- Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits for our customers.
- Engages customers via Best Practices call guides, email templates, and other tools.
- Responds to email inquiries immediately. Delivers messages intended for other departments promptly. Notify customers that their messages have been forwarded to the appropriate personnel for prompt attention.
- Other duties as assigned.

Miscellaneous:
- With team, present recommendations and assist in implementing quality initiatives.
- Become a brand ambassador by having extensive brand and product knowledge to help cross-sell, up-sell, grow customer relationships and foster loyalty.
- Create customer and employee interactions that foster positive outcomes.
- Provide support on any other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have exceptional customer service and communication, verbal and written, skills.
- Must have either one (1) year experience in sales or front-line customer service position or automotive dealership customer-facing position; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have proficient computer skills. Must have a working knowledge of the following applications, but not limited to:
- ADP
- CRM web based programs
- Microsoft Office – Word and Excel
- Must have a valid Hawaii Motor Vehicle Sales License or able to attain one.
The compensation is hourly and an opportunity to earn monthly performance bonuses.
