The JCC seeks to fill a full-time mental health professional staff member, dedicated solely to the CRED program to focus on the mental health, well-being, self-management, and other supportive service needs of participants.

This is a full-time, in-person position, $55,000-$60,000 Annually.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise case managers
- Conduct small groups and one-on-one sessions where needed
- Make referrals for continuation of care as needed
- Work seamlessly with broader CRED team to provide holistic support to all participants
- Ensure JCC CRED staff possess basic understanding of mental health, and are aware of protocol for escalating participant needs appropriately
- All other tasks as administered by supervisor
- Demonstrated, successful experience as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
- At least three (3) years of successful and relevant supervisory experience and experience in mental health counseling (e.g., trauma-informed care).
- Demonstrated experience providing direct support to CRED target population: under/unemployed adults 18-40, involved in the criminal justice system or impacted by community violence
- Demonstrated cultural competence
- Experience working on a cross-functional team
- Excellent communication skills
