Job Description
This role is a hybrid technical recruiter for a large SASS company. You must live in either Provo or Seattle. The position is a six-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time employment.
Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top technical talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals for IT positions
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
- Conduct salary negotiations and extend job offers to selected candidates
Qualifications
- 2 years experience as a technical recruiter
- Experience recruiting for IT roles
- Must live in either: Seattle or Provo and be able to come into the office a few days a week
- Comp is $45 to $58 an hr
