Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Business Development at Job Site Services, Inc. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for new business development, business planning, lead generation, contract negotiation, and account management. The role is based in Freeland, MI with some work from home flexibility.
Qualifications
- New Business Development, Business Planning, and Lead Generation skills
- Contract Negotiation and Account Management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing business development strategies
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Knowledge of the environmental services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Salary : $116,000 - $128,000
