Job Details
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and organize litigation documents including pleadings, discovery responses, and court filings
Draft routine legal documents and correspondence for attorney review
Manage discovery process including document collection, review, and production
Maintain comprehensive case files and litigation calendars
Track court deadlines and ensure timely filing of all required documents
Create and organize exhibits for depositions, hearings, and trials
Perform legal research and factual investigations as needed
Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and opposing counsel on case-related matters
Assist with trial preparation including exhibit management and witness coordination
Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed to meet critical deadlines
Qualifications :
4-10 years of paralegal experience in corporate litigation is required
Knowledge of Delaware and / or federal court procedures strongly preferred
Paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree (equivalent experience may be considered)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and document management systems
Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Experience with e-discovery platforms a plus
