We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Permanent Production Planner. This is a pivotal role within our manufacturing operations, where you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of production planning. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in manufacturing, with a focus on forecasting and raw materials management. This position requires at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities
The Permanent Production Planner will be responsible for the following :
1. Developing and maintaining detailed production plans and schedules to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency in line with business objectives.
2. Forecasting production needs based on sales trends, customer orders, and historical data.
3. Managing and coordinating raw material inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are available for production as per the schedule.
4. Collaborating with various departments such as Sales, Supply Chain, and Production to ensure seamless operations.
5. Identifying potential bottlenecks or delays in the production process and implementing solutions to mitigate any potential impact on delivery timelines.
6. Continuously monitoring and adjusting production plans as necessary to reflect changes in demand or production capabilities.
7. Implementing and maintaining effective production planning systems and processes to support business growth and scalability.
Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
