We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Manager for our Treatment Facilities within the Healthcare industry. This role is perfect for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves challenges, and has a passion for commercial construction. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects from start to finish. Your leadership and expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects within the scope, budget, and deadline.
Responsibilities :
1. Manage and oversee all aspects of project planning, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
3. Identify project resources and assign responsibilities, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
4. Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
5. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to various audiences, including project team, stakeholders, and key executives.
6. Implement project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.
7. Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
8. Foster a culture of continuous improvement in project management by learning from each project and implementing best practices.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on healthcare facilities.
3. Proven experience in project management and execution, including tracking and planning projects, and working with project teams.
4. Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles, techniques, and methodologies of project management.
5. Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities.
6. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
7. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
8. Proficiency in project management software tools.
9. Experience in process improvement and inventory control.
10. Advanced time management and analytical skills.
11. Ability to cope with high levels of stress and pressure.
12. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
13. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
