We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Manager for our Treatment Facilities within the Healthcare industry. This role is perfect for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves challenges, and has a passion for commercial construction. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects from start to finish. Your leadership and expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects within the scope, budget, and deadline.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of project planning, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
• Identify project resources and assign responsibilities, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
• Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to various audiences, including project team, stakeholders, and key executives.
• Implement project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.
• Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in project management by learning from each project and implementing best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on healthcare facilities.
• Proven experience in project management and execution, including tracking and planning projects, and working with project teams.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles, techniques, and methodologies of project management.
• Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Experience in process improvement and inventory control.
• Advanced time management and analytical skills.
• Ability to cope with high levels of stress and pressure.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
