One of the few boutique firms with a California-wide presenceFounded in 1994 in Orange County by several labor and employment attorneys practicing at leading AmLaw 100 firms.Outstanding benefit packages and a people-first work environmentGrowing company with tremendous opportunity for career advancementGreat Salary and Benefits.Job Type : Full TimeJob DescriptionWhat you will be doing : Work on both litigation and non-litigation matters for a diverse range of clients.Involve in all aspects of practice including pre-complaint investigation, case analysis and strategy, discovery work, depositions, court appearances, administrative matters, union negotiations, assisting in arbitration and trials, client counseling, legal research, and writing.Handle EEO litigation, PAGA and class action wage and hour litigation.Develop and recruit clients, and provide counsel and advice.Experience you will need : At least 2 years of experience in labor and employment law litigation in California.Experience with class actions.Litigation experience in California.Bilingual abilities are a plus.Must possess excellent writing, analytical and people skills, be highly motivated and able to work independently, and value a team environment.Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of California.Meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice during employment.Education : Juris Doctor.
