Job Description
- Process monthly payroll for employees with precision and attention to detail.
- Manage accounts payable efficiently, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate records.
- C coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Perform full-scope accounting for one of our related companies, including financial statement preparation and submission.
- Prepare and submit reports to tax authorities, including VAT, CIT, and other taxes, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Control and execute banking operations, including payments and foreign currency transfers, with high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of Latvian accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Latvian and English.
- Familiarity with SAP and Horizon preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
