• Lead user research, interviews, and testing to identify key pain points and unmet needs.
• Develop actionable recommendations to guide continuous product iteration and development.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to define and refine launch strategies, positioning, and messaging.
• Ensure alignment on product goals and timelines with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
• Clearly communicate product vision, rationale, and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership.
