Job Overview
As a Category Insights Manager at JDE USA, you will play a key role in driving business growth by delivering best-in-class insights and analytics to support the sales team in developing and executing strategic growth plans.
You will be the subject matter expert for all sales analysis in the tea and coffee categories, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making and accountability for metrics and results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain a deep understanding of category dynamics and develop strategic recommendations based on findings
- Develop and maintain omnichannel reporting tools
- Provide category and customer-focused analytic support for sales presentations
- Conduct post-promotion analytics and trade strategy recommendations
- Develop and deploy monthly scorecards to internal stakeholders

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, with demonstrated mastery of Excel and PowerPoint to create effective sales presentations
- A strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with syndicated (IRI/Circana, NPD, Pyxis, Numerator) and retailer data
