The Director of Clinical Research and Development is a critical role within our organization, responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop innovative medicines that address complex health issues. As a key member of our Clinical Development group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by driving strategic decision-making and maximizing project success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive clinical pharmacology strategies for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement Phase 1-4 studies, driving strategic decision-making and maximizing project success.
* Author and review clinical pharmacology documents, including protocols, study reports, and regulatory submissions, demonstrating expertise and attention to detail.
* Present at departmental and cross-functional teams, providing expert insights and guidance on clinical pharmacology matters.
Requirements:
* PhD or PharmD degree with typically 4 years of experience in a relevant field, or equivalent education and experience.
* Proven track record of scientific achievement and technical skills, with a strong understanding of PK/PD, pharmacometrics, and systems pharmacology.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented teams and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
