About the Role:
- The successful candidate will oversee the Enterprise Population Health & Clinical Operations (PHCO) Care Management programs, focusing on Medicare and Duals populations.
- This role requires a strong clinical strategic vision, objectives, and procedures to deliver cost-effective, clinically appropriate services in all products.
- The incumbent will establish the organization's focus and direction regarding models of care that incorporate needs of all lines of business, emphasizing quality and operational efficiencies across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and execute medical management and quality improvement programs, processes, and initiatives to ensure improved quality outcomes and achievement of Quality & Affordability targets.
- Drive discipline, consistency, and execution of standardized initiatives and best practices.
- Foster integration for Medicare Duals Strategy.
- Utilize data sources to develop and implement PHCO strategies that drive value through integrated clinical care models.
- Oversee the development and implementation of care management processes to ensure NCQA, URAC, and HEDIS measures.
- Develop and implement standardization in measuring and monitoring operational and outcome metrics.
- Analyze trends between Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) and Member Engagement; create programs/pilots to enhance engagement with strategic partners.
- Monitor performance results against established metrics and benchmarks and recommend opportunities for improvement.
- Navigate matrixed environments effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience. Previous experience in a managed care organization is strongly preferred. 3 years of leadership experience. Master's Degree is preferred.
- Current state RN license is preferred.
