Executive, Enterprise Population Health & Clinical Operations (PHCO) Care Management

Responsibilities:
- Establish the business unit's clinical strategic vision, objectives, and procedures to deliver cost-effective, clinically appropriate services across all products.
- Determine the organization's focus and direction regarding care models that cater to diverse lines of business, prioritizing quality and operational efficiency throughout the organization.
- Develop, drive execution of medical management and quality improvement programs, processes, and initiatives to enhance quality outcomes and achieve Quality & Affordability targets.
- Promote discipline, consistency, and execution of standardized initiatives and best practices.
- Foster integration for Medicare Duals Strategy.
- Analyze data sources to create and implement PHCO strategies incorporating integrated clinical care models that drive value.
- Oversee development and implementation of care management processes ensuring adherence to NCQA, URAC, and HEDIS measures.
- Design and implement standardization in measuring and monitoring operational and outcome metrics.
- Identify trends between Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) and Member Engagement; develop programs/pilots to improve engagement with strategic partners.
- Monitor performance results against established metrics and benchmarks; recommend improvement opportunities.
- Ensure affordability across all programs and markets.
- Navigate within a matrixed environment.
- Collaborate with Health Plan Executive Leadership teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required, with 5 years of relevant experience. Previous experience in a managed care organization preferred. 3 years of leadership experience necessary. Master's Degree desired.
Licensure/Certification:
Current state RN license preferred.
