Responsibilities:
- Lead all dispensary activities related to the customer journey, inventory operations, safety & compliance, and team member experience
- Execute against company strategy, state regulatory requirements, and local operations plans
- Navigate change and optimize outcomes by leveraging data and understanding customer needs
- Develop talent by prioritizing building diverse teams and placing high priority on developing people to drive strong performance
- Deliver direction, oversight, and execution of all dispensary operations
- Ensure the dispensary is compliant with security, inventory, and local and state regulations
- Manage effective order & expense management processes aligned with store budgets
- Conduct monthly audits and scorecard business reviews to identify operational inefficiencies and process improvement opportunities
- Build and retain a high-performing team through selecting the best talent and effective onboarding, training, and development
- Inspire a culture of engagement and performance through coaching, feedback, and recognition
- Develop Leader and Team Member talent and effectively address performance issues on a timely basis
