Green Thumb, a leading cannabis company, is seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead our RISE Dispensary team. As a champion of well-being through the power of cannabis, you will inspire a diverse team to drive results and deliver exceptional consumer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with experience in inventory operations, safety & compliance, and team member development. You will serve as an ambassador for our brand, promoting social change in our communities and consistently executing against company strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and inspire a diverse team to drive results and deliver memorable consumer experiences
- Oversee all dispensary activities related to customer journey, inventory operations, safety & compliance, and team member experience
- Deliver direction, oversight, and execution of all dispensary operations
- Ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations
- Manage quality product inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance
- Build and retain a high-performing team through selecting talent and effective onboarding, training, and development
- Inspire a culture of engagement and performance through coaching, feedback, and recognition
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or comparable business experience
- At least five years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting, specifically with POS business operations
- Cannabis experience preferred
- Inventory control experience required
- Able to work a schedule inclusive of varying shifts (mornings, days, nights, weekends)
- Compliance with all legal and company regulations for working in the industry
- Passion for learning about cannabis laws, rules, and regulations
