Job Title: General Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, providing exceptional customer service, and managing the front- and back-of house team.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, select, orient, train, assign, schedule, and develop a high-performing team in partnership with the District Manager.
- Work closely with the District Manager and Human Resources to manage performance, including coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members with professionalism.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by enforcing sanitation standards, proper safety procedures, and complying with health and legal regulations.
- Ensure all risk management issues follow company standards and identify maintenance problems to communicate to the Facilities Department.
- Measure performance subjectively and objectively, and possess superior leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience.
- Food Handler Certification required (can be obtained during onboarding training).
- Experience using a computer and register (POS) system.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and/or holidays.
- Spanish-speaking is a plus.
