We are seeking a qualified General Manager to lead our luxury fitness brand, driving sales and service excellence in multiple studio locations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation through Grass Roots Marketing and networking
- Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes
- Maintain membership and retail sales
- Manage staff schedule
- Coordinate with vendors for accurate inventory counts
- Supervise Sales Representatives
- Hire and manage instructors
- Proficiency in gym management software and POS
- Review instructor evaluations
- Enforce high-level customer service standards
- Cleanliness and organization of the studio
- Schedule networking events and promotions
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- 2 years of fitness sales or relevant experience preferred
- Confident sales generation and training
- Ability to manage revenue streams
- Previous management experience required
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills
- Fitness passion and affinity
