To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in family practice, emergency room, ambulatory care, or occupational health settings, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. Additionally, you should possess excellent management and leadership skills, with a proven track record of success in the healthcare industry. A strong understanding of electronic medical records and certification in CPR (BLS for the Healthcare Provider/Professional Rescuer or ACLS) are also essential. You must be licensed to practice medicine in each state of practice/oversite.~ Minimum 3 years management/leadership experience within the healthcare industry may be preferred.
