Key Responsibilities
- Manage Microsoft 365 migrations effectively from start to finish across various platforms.
- Configure VPN connections using SSL, IPSEC, and L2TP protocols for secure remote access.
- Spearhead the process of selecting and configuring server hardware, including RAID configurations and Hypervisor management.
- Act as the top-level escalation point for complex technical issues, resolving them quickly and autonomously.
- Ensure proper Microsoft licensing management to maintain compliance and allocate licenses correctly across users.
- Oversight of COLO firewalls, single physical servers, and associated infrastructure.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in Microsoft 365 migration projects.
