Job Description
The Pet Care Center Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Pet Care Center, including leading a team of partners, managing finances, and ensuring exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed goals related to total Pet Care Center sales, profitability, and operational excellence
- Schedule and adjust labor hours and payroll to maximize productivity, achieve sales and payroll goals, and complete workload
- Review and interpret financial and operational reporting regularly, including Pet Care Center visits and audit results
Requirements
- Excellence in communication and computer skills
- Completion of specific PETCO Management Achievement Program Modules
