The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or higher in a human services or business-related field from an accredited college or university. Additionally, they must have one (1) or more years of related work experience and/or related internship required; two (2) years of related experience and/or related internship preferred. The counselor must be flexible in scheduling and able to project a good image and friendly personality when greeting callers/visitors.

Responsibilities
- Assist individuals in enrolling and participating in on-the-job training opportunities, work experiences, customized training, Incumbent Worker programs, and/or transitional jobs.
- Provide individuals with information on local area performance measures and program costs of eligible providers of education and training services.
