What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Coordinator position at Jobma?
Job Description: Management of the site construction office that includes but not limited to:
- Visitor welcoming, support in badge/access preparation, meal organization (may require to use car)
- Direct the delivery to the site
- Purchase consumables, safety items and other required equipment for the office and keep track of the inventory
- Support the site daily headcount
- Support the material reception and keep a log of the Handover notes and handovers
- Contribute to the project Drive (upload material certificate, material reception and handover)
- Coordinate the office projects
- Assist to the weekly meetings and support the minutes of meetings
Highest Level of Education Required for this Position: HS Diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications (IE SAP Experience, Excel Knowledge, Any Certifications, Years of Experience in Certain Fields): Google Office application, Gmail, attention to detail, well organized, proactivity, verbal and written communication, autonomous
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
