Job Summary:
As our Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our practice. You will be responsible for administrative tasks, office coordination, and providing support to our clinicians and families. Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including scheduling, client intake, and communication.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, families, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and insurance processing.
- Coordinate team meetings, training sessions, and special events.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized, efficient workspace.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR-related tasks as needed.
- Uphold our neuroaffirming values and commitment to inclusivity in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration, preferably in a healthcare or therapy setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and scheduling software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ABA services, neurodiversity, or healthcare administration is a plus.
