Mission: 
The Organic Marketing Manager plays a key leadership role in driving our clients’ organic performance by seamlessly blending SEO and content marketing strategies. You’ll guide both technical and creative efforts—ensuring every piece of content is optimized for visibility, every site is built on solid technical foundations, and every campaign meets or exceeds client KPIs. If you’re a natural at big-picture thinking, data interpretation, and team mentorship, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Shaping an integrated organic strategy by unifying plans that synchronize on-page SEO, link-building, and content marketing to deliver comprehensive growth.
• Prioritize initiatives based on potential impact, ensuring resources and budgets are allocated where they’ll drive the greatest returns.
• Leading the SEO & Content Teams by overseeing day-to-day operations, from setting editorial calendars to executing technical site audits.
• Provide mentorship and clear direction, helping team members refine their skills in both SEO and content creation.
• Executing technical & local SEO excellence by Identifying and fixing technical barriers (site speed, mobile issues, crawl errors) that impede rankings or user experience.’
• Elevate local search visibility through GBP optimization, citation management, and location-specific content strategies.
• Driving high-value content production by collaborating with writers to produce content that matches user intent and search engine guidelines.
• Ensure every asset—blog and website page is published at peak quality and maximum relevance.
• Tracking & reporting on performance by maintaining a data-first approach, setting benchmarks, monitoring keyword movements, and analyzing engagement metrics.
• Present clear, actionable reports to clients and internal stakeholders, shaping future strategy and direction.
• Ensuring continuous improvement by keeping a pulse on emerging technologies, competitor tactics, and algorithm changes, integrating insights into workflows.
• Lead post-mortem reviews on major projects to identify successes, challenges, and optimization opportunities.

What Makes You the Hero for This Job:

• 4 years of proven experience in SEO and/or content marketing, with a focus on delivering measurable organic results.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams (SEO, content, design) to achieve unified goals.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and CMS platforms like WordPress and Webflow.
• Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, basic web development principles, and schema markup.
• Strong communication skills, capable of articulating data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to identifying traffic drops, site issues, and content gaps.
• Agency or multi-client experience is strongly preferred, especially in the home services or contractor industries.
• Proven content marketing experience, including strategizing editorial calendars, optimizing content for SEO, and measuring content ROI.
